For Telstra's "Free For All" campaign, OVCHARKA populates the brand's iconic red phone booths with a cast of oddball characters, each one wrestling the space into its own shape. Banana coils a caped, fanged grin around the corded handset. Hippy flashes peace signs beneath a grinning daisy. Nerd kicks a sneaker skyward, retro handheld raised like a trophy. Every figure holds the phone differently, because every figure is a different kind of person, which is the whole point.

Installed across booths nationwide, the work turns a piece of everyday infrastructure into a small, recurring jolt of personality on the street corner. It's illustration built for real-world scale: bold enough to read from a moving car, specific enough to reward a second look, and a sharp reminder that Telstra's free calls really are for everyone.
