H+ Creative 2018 Highlights

F IS FOR FENDI + Blake Kathryn

In collaboration with Fendi's F is For Fendi, H+ talent Blake Kathryn created a series of sensual, pastel-infused illustrations, highlighting Fendi's sleek and feminine Peekaboo handbag collection. Kathryn's colorful images incorporate Roman architectural and sculptural elements, paying homage to the Italian fashion brand's deep historical roots while simultaneously placing the hedonic female figures in a timeless universe of luxury and elegance.

RED BULL MUSIC: BRIGHT FUTURES + Fvckrender

Red Bull Music's Bright Futures was an opportunity for fans to come together with some of Australia’s most-exciting performers. Working with Pretty Soon studio, H+ artist Fvckrender created the branding, visual content, still and motion visuals for the entire series. Set to be an audio and visual feast of possibility and optimism, the event invited music lovers to celebrate with a blend of dynamic visuals.

BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY / CARNABY LONDON + Vasya Kolotusha

To celebrate the release of the Freddie Mercury biopic "Bohemian Rhapsody," the archways of Carnaby Street in London were transformed into a radiant light display of illuminated lyrics from the titular Queen classic, featuring designs created by none other than H+ artist Vasya Kolotusha. Present at the event were original Queen band members Brian May and Roger Taylor, as well as the cast of the 20th Century Fox film, including Rami Malek, who stars as the Queen frontman. Vasya's neon designs truly capture the iconic and bombastic spirit of Mercury's music, as well as the creative brilliance of the singer himself.

THE HUNDREDS / COMPLEXCON / GLOBE THEATRE Blake Kathryn, Vincent Viriot, Vasya Kolotusha, Shal Matharu

For this year's Complexcon, H+ Creative collaborated with streetwear brand The Hundreds to create a series of motion graphic videos debuting the label's limited edition 15th Anniversary X Casio G-Shock watch model. Each H+ artist uniquely captures the legacy of the G-Shock design and the timelessness of the Hundreds brand, culminating in a slick, modern display of the watch's strikingly high-tech yet retro features. OTHERLAND + Tishk Barzanji

Otherland is a Brooklyn based candle line that specializes in meticulously crafted scents with beautiful packaging, thoughtful details and immersive fragrance combinations. Their gorgeous collection of summer themed candles featuring packaging and work by our very own Tishk Barzanji. Featuring fragrances like Stone Fruit and Freshwater Pearl, Barzanji created a textural world composed of faux-marbled columns and podiums, tiled surfaces and even a shallow reflecting pool.

MIXER + Vincent Viriot

Microsoft's MIXER went all out on in this high energy, textural and wacky animation by Vincent Viriot, to be used as a network ID for the platform. With art direction by Mike Diva, and produced by Lord Danger, this was truly a collaboration of talented minds, and we're honored to be a part of it.

MCDONALD'S BIG MAC + Nate E Rodriguez

In celebration of the McDonalds' Bic Mac 50th anniversary, Nate E Rodriguez joined forces with McDonalds Puerto Rico and created a series of still and animated illustrations for the iconic fast food chain's social media, activating the timeless burger in ways it had never seen.

ELTON JOHN / UNIVERSAL MUSIC + Vasya Kolotusha

Bringing together a carefully curated selection of the world’s biggest and best artists, Elton John's Revamp sees Elton and co-writer Bernie Taupin’s best-loved songs reinterpreted by some of contemporary music’s most vital talents. The album spans a breathtaking array of styles, shining a light on Elton’s unparalleled influence across popular music of all genres, ranging from hip-hop / soul to rock Album cover art, merchandise and Elton John goods rendered by H+ Creative Vasya Kolotusha.

SPRITE / COMPLEX + Blake Kathryn

An animated series by Complex Magazine, presented by Sprite, highlighting five artists currently shaping hip hop's future. In the series of animations, Blake Kathryn utilized a playful palette to compliment Summer Sprite's branding, with a large focus on abstract representations of the scripts to be as visually forward as the artists' music.

DROPBOX + Victor Moatti

Dropbox worked with creative partner, 72andSunny Los Angeles, as the company launched new brand efforts aimed at further positioning it as a leader in helping “problem solvers” get work done through collaboration, according to Jessica English, Dropbox’s head of brand marketing. “We believe there should be no separation between creative and media and that there are brilliant media-led creative ideas and creative-led media ideas,” International outdoor and online campaign advertising the new Dropbox Paper platform featuring work by H+ Creative Victor Moatti in collaboration with Adi Goodrich.

TOTAL APE / WARNER BROTHERS + Blake Kathryn

In the official music video for Total Ape's 'In A Haze', H+ Creative Blake Kathryn fully realized the entirety of a sensual, dynamic animation, following the mysterious haze of a woman winding freely through a foggy, neon utopia – making her own luck along the way.
