H+ Creative is ecstatic to share our work on the 2026 Singapore Grand Prix helmets for McLaren’s Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris. Commissioned by The-Team for Android, the project reimagines each helmet through Peranakan beadwork, a cherished Nyonya craft rooted in Singapore’s heritage. Christian Holland, Prateek Vatash, and Singapore-based duo Machineast work in unison across every side of each shell. They build meticulous bead-by-bead 3D renders that turn motifs, backgrounds, and outlines into tactile glass beading, then deliver print-ready production files.

Piastri’s turquoise helmet centers a blazing phoenix, a Peranakan symbol of virtue and prosperity, framed by peonies, copper-orange trim, and an Android bot nested within a pink bloom on top. Norris’s yellow edition weaves his signature black blobs around a gold-green dragon and blossoming lotuses. Under the lights of the Marina Bay Street Circuit, the two helmets carry a treasured artisanal tradition onto one of motorsport’s most-watched stages, and Piastri calls his “definitely my favourite” of his Singapore specials. We couldn’t dream up a better dream team for a project where heritage meets speed.
